Delete your account in the app
You can schedule account deletion yourself from profile settings on web, desktop, or mobile:
- Sign in to Sprrint.
- Open your profile settings.
- Choose Delete Account.
That schedules deletion for the next 14 days. During that grace period you can still sign in. After 14 days, the account is deleted and you will no longer be able to access it.
Request permanent data removal
If you want all of your data removed permanently from the entire platform and our databases — not only closing the account — email us at support@sprrint.run.
Include the email address on your account so we can verify the request. We will process permanent deletion requests as soon as we can and confirm when it is done.
What gets removed
- Your account login and profile details.
- Personal content tied to your account, subject to workspace ownership and teammate data.
- API keys, sessions, and related access credentials.
Content that still belongs to a workspace or teammates may remain until that workspace is deleted or those owners remove it. For full erasure across the platform, use the email request above.
