Agreement
These Terms cover Sprrint (“the Service”), operated by Bytsolv (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service — including our web app, desktop app, mobile apps, CLI, or MCP clients — you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you use Sprrint for an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
The Service
Sprrint helps teams run tasks, sprints, releases, and related workflows. Features may change as we improve the product. Optional tools such as Aboo, public progress links, and third-party integrations are part of the Service when you use them.
Accounts
- You must provide a valid email and keep access to it. Sign-in uses a one-time code, not a password.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for API keys you create.
- Access may be invite-only or otherwise limited while we grow. Waitlist requests go to the address we publish on the login page.
- Do not share login codes or API keys. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit (tasks, notes, files, comments, and similar). You grant us a worldwide license to host, process, display, and back up that content solely to operate and improve the Service, including syncing it across your devices and sharing it with teammates or public viewers according to the permissions you set.
You are responsible for having the rights to content you upload and for not posting anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing. We may remove content or suspend access that violates these Terms or puts the Service or others at risk.
Aboo
Aboo is an optional assistant. Outputs can be wrong or incomplete — you remain responsible for decisions you make from them. Using Aboo may send prompts and project context to an AI provider; see the Privacy Policy. Do not rely on Aboo for legal, medical, or other professional advice.
Plans and Aboo fuel
Core Sprrint tracking features are offered free of charge as described on our Pricing page. Aboo fuel is marketed at $10 per user / month and may require payment when billing is enabled. Prices and what’s included can change; we will update Pricing when they do. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we say otherwise at purchase time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law, abuse others, or upload malware.
- Attempt unauthorized access, scrape in a way that harms the Service, or disrupt infrastructure.
- Resell or misuse the Service in a way that circumvents plan limits or security controls.
- Use Aboo or integrations to violate third-party terms or others’ privacy.
Third-party services
Integrations (Slack, Mattermost, GitHub, email delivery, cloud storage, AI providers, app stores, and similar) are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for those services. Connecting them is optional and at your risk regarding the data you share with them.
Intellectual property
Sprrint, its branding, software, and design remain ours (or our licensors’). These Terms do not transfer ownership of the product to you — only a limited right to use the Service as allowed here.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bytsolv and its people will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50. Some places do not allow certain limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum allowed.
Termination
You may stop using Sprrint at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) continue after termination.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. If a change is material, we will try to give reasonable notice (for example by email or in-product notice). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
