Who we are
Sprrint is a project management product operated by Bytsolv (“we”, “us”). It runs on the web at sprrint.run and through our desktop and mobile apps, plus optional CLI and MCP clients.

What we collect
Depending on how you use Sprrint, we may process:
- Account data — email address(es), username, display name, timezone, avatar choice, and session cookies.
- Workspace content — workspaces, projects, tasks, sprints, comments, attachments, library notes, releases, activity, and memberships or invites you create.
- Integrations — tokens or webhooks you connect (for example Slack, Mattermost, or GitHub), stored so those features can run.
- Aboo chats — messages you send to Aboo and related project context needed to answer.
- Technical data — IP address, device/app type, and basic server logs needed to operate and secure the service.
- API keys — hashed keys for CLI, MCP, mobile, and desktop access.
Sprrint signs you in with a one-time code emailed to you. We do not store a login password for normal accounts.
How we use it
- Provide, sync, and improve the product across web, desktop, and mobile.
- Authenticate you, send login codes and product notices, and respond to support requests.
- Run features you turn on — public progress links, integrations, and Aboo.
- Keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Aboo and AI
When you use Aboo, relevant prompts and project context may be sent to our AI provider (currently DeepSeek via an OpenAI-compatible API) so Aboo can reply. Do not put secrets in Aboo chats that you would not share with a teammate or a model provider.
Who else sees data
We use processors that help us run Sprrint, including:
- Email delivery (for example AWS SES) for OTP codes and notices.
- File storage (for example AWS S3) when you upload attachments.
- AI providers when you use Aboo, as described above.
- Integration partners you connect (Slack, Mattermost, GitHub, and similar).
Content you mark public (progress sheets, library pages, and similar) can be viewed by anyone with the link. Teammates you invite can see workspace content according to their role.
Cookies and sessions
We use essential cookies and session storage to keep you signed in and make the product work. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the marketing or product sites today.
Retention
We keep account and workspace data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward if needed for backups, disputes, or legal requirements. See Delete account & data for how to schedule account deletion in the product, or email support@sprrint.run to request permanent removal.
Your choices
- Update profile details in the product.
- Disconnect integrations you no longer want.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by emailing us.
- Stop using Aboo if you do not want prompts sent to an AI provider.
If privacy law where you live gives you additional rights (access, erasure, portability, objection), contact us and we will respond as required.
Children
Sprrint is built for work teams. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
International transfers
We may process data on servers in countries other than your own. Where we do, we take steps appropriate for the service and applicable law.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
